These Website Terms apply to use of the Zavvion website and online content. They do not, by themselves, create a client contract for paid services.
Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal, order form, statement of work, master services agreement or service terms accepted by the client. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted client contract should take priority.

Language: This website and Zavvion’s normal business communications are provided in English only.
3. Information on this website
The website describes AI automation and operational systems such as CRM, lead response, AI receptionist, follow-up, booking, review, reactivation, missed-call recovery, payment, invoicing and event ticketing workflows.
The content is general information. It is not professional legal, tax, medical, financial, insurance, employment, clinical or regulated advice. Clients in regulated sectors must obtain appropriate professional advice and approvals before using automated systems in live operations.
4. Results, claims and case studies
Any performance figures, examples, percentages, testimonials or case-study statements are illustrative unless a specific written guarantee is agreed. Actual results depend on the client’s sector, data quality, team processes, offer, response times, compliance controls and implementation scope.
We do not guarantee that AI or automation will produce a particular revenue uplift, response-rate improvement, booking rate, conversion rate or cost saving unless stated in a signed contract.
