1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of Zavvion-configured systems, AI workflows, automations, templates, communications, CRM systems, voice AI, ticketing and support services.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use the Services to:
- break the law or encourage unlawful conduct;
- send spam, unlawful direct marketing or messages without required consent or opt-out;
- mislead, impersonate, deceive or hide the identity of the sender/caller;
- harass, threaten, discriminate, abuse or exploit vulnerable people;
- process special category data, children’s data or criminal offence data unless expressly agreed with safeguards;
- provide regulated legal, medical, financial, insurance, immigration, tax or employment advice without qualified professional oversight;
- make automated decisions with significant effects on individuals unless legally assessed and agreed;
- upload malware, scrape data unlawfully, bypass security or misuse credentials;
- infringe intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights; or
- use AI voice systems for emergency response without clear immediate human escalation.
3. Client controls
Clients must maintain approved scripts, contact-permission records, suppression lists, escalation rules, monitoring, audit logs, user permissions and data retention controls appropriate to their business.
4. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict Services if use appears unlawful, harmful, insecure, abusive, non-compliant, unpaid, or likely to expose Zavvion, the client, end users or third parties to material risk.
Where practical, we will notify the client and work to resolve the issue. Urgent risks may require immediate suspension.
5. Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse to info@zavvion.com.
